As long as your order has not been shipped, we can most likely make the change you are requesting. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the e-mail.
We will be able to cancel your order as long as your order has not been shipped. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the e-mail and ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ in the subject. Refunds may take upto 10 days to be processed and visible in your bank account
To ensure our customers have a safe shopping experience with Anushaa Clothing, we have come up with exceptions to the return policy during the global COVID-19 outbreak. Currently we are not taking any returns and exchanges for orders once shipped/delivered.
Exchange policy before the global outbreak of Covid-19
Exchange is only available in case of size issues, for which you will have to ship the products back to our Office address. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
Once we receive it back, we will ship the requested size if available in stock. If the requested size is sold out, we will send you a store credit equal to the amount of the product which you may use to place an order for any other styles listed on our website.
