2. Orders

An order is accepted when we email an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability (a full refund is issued).

3. Prices & currency

Prices may be displayed in INR, GBP, AED, or USD. Unless your payment method supports another currency, payment is processed in INR; your card issuer sets the final exchange rate. Displayed conversions are indicative.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide from India. Rates and estimated timelines are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page. International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country — these are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns

See our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Handcrafted items have minor variations in embroidery; these are characteristics of hand work, not defects.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; consumers retain any mandatory protections of their local law.
